I think that (1) the effect of increasing the status and doubling the battle damage, and the effect of (2) allowing you to attack again when a monster is destroyed by battle are both excellent effects for "U.A." monsters.

A wonderful cast that can make any athlete a brain muscle.
A transcendence muscle card that increases attack and defense by 1000, doubles battle damage, and can attack again if a monster is destroyed in battle. (I think it would have been chaos if it had penetration, but didn't it cross that line?)
The equipped monster will be banished during your next Standby Phase, but you can use U.A.'s unique "Player Substitution Effect" to return it to your hand.
His spell card feels like it's allowed because of U.A., and if it were given to a major theme like Blue-Eyed, it would be an immediate ban.

Attack 1000 UP and damage doubled are pretty powerful effects even for equipment cards, so let's use them together with Mighty Slugger and Dreadnought Dunker.
The equipped monster is removed during the Standby Phase, but returning the equipped monster to the hand returns it to the hand again, making it easy to use.
Call in the Odd Trio, 《Mithra the Thunder Vassal》, etc., and equip the Dreadnought Dunker with 《Magnum Shield》and this card for a one-shot kill.

The English name is Powered Jersey, so it was said that it was quite a mystery why wearing a jersey would make you serious, but I don't think wearing a cast with a cast will increase your power.
U.A's two major attackers, Doletnaught Dunker and Mighty Slugger, have horrible performance. One way to increase your defensive power is to wear this and try to hit the Perfect Ace, who tends to stay in the field, when you grow up enough to hit it.
